Dear Sirs,

 

Bearing in mind the obligations arising from the legal regulations on personal data protection, we kindly inform you that your data received by us through the contact form on the website www.sell-glass.pl and through e-mail correspondence - both solicited and unsolicited - are processed in order to provide answers or to send shipments to persons who have given their consent, in compliance with the applicable legal provisions.

 

We would like to inform you that by sending us correspondence, you agree to the processing of your personal data to the extent and scope specified in this correspondence. With regards to the personal data sent to us, depending on the legal basis, we become the controller, joint controller or processor.

We reserve the right to delete your data without further notice if you receive unsolicited, unauthorised correspondence or if there is no legitimate purpose for processing.

 

The processing takes place in secure systems for maintaining the e-mail and the website infrastructure, on the disks of computers of persons authorized to exchange correspondence - in e-mail boxes of the "com.pl" domain, as well as in the form of print-outs as files of conducted cases. Your data will be stored for a period of 3 years, after which time it will be archived for 2 years, and then permanently deleted unless the agreement, the substantive reasons (e.g. limitation periods) or legal regulations specify other processing periods.

 

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the persons exchanging correspondence using the domain www.sell-glass.pl express their consent to the processing of their data, to the extent defined in the specifications of the e-mail footer together with their e-mail address exclusively for the purpose of exchanging correspondence.

The above clause is the subject of the copyright of the International Outsourcing Institute, in accordance with the Act of February 4th, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights.

The authors authorize the unrestricted application of the above mentioned clause after prior consent. The consent can be requested at fioi@fioi.org.

 

INFORMATION OBLIGATION at Sell-Glass Sp. z o.o. 

 

I. GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE.

In connection with the entry into force on May 25th, 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as 'the GDPR', please read the following information, which will allow you and us to fulfil the information obligation imposed by this Regulation.

 

We would like to inform you that in connection with the establishment and implementation of relations under which personal data will be processed, we will be in possession of the following data:

and organisational solutions ensuring that you enjoy your full rights guaranteed in the GDPR.

II. PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

The controller of personal data processed within the established relations is Sell-Glass sp. z o.o.  with its registered seat at 82-310 Elbląg, Władysławowo 5A, e-mail: sellglass@sell-glass.pl, CC: the PDC.

 

III. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING.

Personal data processed by us in connection with the performance of services provided under generally applicable legal provisions are acquired:

 

We guarantee to those who provide us with their personal data that we will not use such data in any way for profiling or activities that are incompatible with the above mentioned processing purposes, registered as legitimate purposes.

Your data will be stored for a period of 3 years, and after that time they will be archived for 2 years,

and then they will be permanently deleted unless the agreement, the substantive conditions (e.g. limitation periods) or legal regulations specify other processing periods.

 

IV. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

Your data are processed in accordance with the GDPR as well as the general and specific laws of the Republic of Poland and are not transferred outside the European Union.

 

V. YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARDS TO THE PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED

In view of the above, we would like to inform you that you have the following rights with regards to personal data processed by us:

 

At the same time, we would like to inform you that in each of the above mentioned cases your rights may be limited in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Poland, the European Union or another Member State of the European Union, respectively to the data processing operations.

 

VI. EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The rights of the natural persons referred to above may be exercised via the contact form on the website of the PDA Sell-Glass sp. z o.o. and via e-mail to: sellglass@sell-glass.pl.

Data subjects' rights may be exercised by other means, subject to proving accountability for the action taken (a proof must be provided that the action concerning the data subject's right has been carried out).

 

VII. DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of your data may only be the employees and collaborators of the PDC, organisations authorised to obtain data on the basis of the applicable legislation, which ensure an acceptable level of risk in processing and meet the standards set out in Articles 28 and 32 of the GDPR.

The PDC guarantees the commitment of adequate physical, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, loss, modification, theft, unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized use or access, in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The PDC has implemented and complies with procedures for dealing with incidents of personal data breaches, including the need to notify such breaches to the Personal Data Protection Office within 72 hours of being informed of such a breach.
